Our pâtés en croûte are fresh, artisanal charcuterie products, prepared weekly in the kitchen of our Melba restaurant in Quissac. They must be kept refrigerated at +4°C and have a 5-day shelf life upon receipt, guaranteeing optimal enjoyment.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, lactose, sulfites.

After preparation, the pâtés are carefully packaged to preserve their texture, crust, and seasoning. They are available for refrigerated Chronofresh delivery throughout mainland France, allowing you to receive a gourmet pâté en croûte at home while maintaining the cold chain. You can also choose to pick them up directly from the Melba restaurant in Quissac, ideal for a weekend meal or event.
