Notre vision
At Melba, we are committed to supporting local producers by carefully selecting winemakers as close as possible to the restaurant, with the same rigor as for our food products. This approach allows us to offer you high-quality wines that reflect the local terroir while contributing to the sustainable development of our community. By showcasing these regional talents, we provide you with an authentic and delightful experience while promoting a responsible local economy.

CHÂTEAU DE CAUVIAC | Located in Quissac, 3 km from Quissac
The Domaine de Cauviac is not quite like any other place; it is a family estate where generations have succeeded one another since 1524. Today, it is managed by Mathieu and Julien, two passionate brothers who harvest, vinify, and bottle their wines on the estate. Plowing, leaf thinning, and harvesting are carried out with respect for tradition and the environment. Their vineyards, planted on clay marl soils and facing east, produce generous, fruity, and well-balanced wines.

MAS GRANIER | Located in Aspères, 11 km from Quissac
The Granier family acquired Mas Montel in Aspères in 1945. Today, the estate follows a responsible approach by practicing polyculture. Alongside the vineyards, olive trees, truffle oaks, clementine trees, and ancient wheat fields thrive, with which the estate produces its own flour that we use in our restaurant. Freshness in the whites and elegance in the reds define the wines of Dominique and Philippe Granier.

CLOS MARIE | Located in Lauret, 17 km from Quissac
A key reference in the AOC Pic-Saint-Loup, Christophe Peyrus proudly represents the appellation with exceptional single-vineyard cuvées of remarkable precision, produced from biodynamically cultivated vines.

CHÂTEAU DEL RANQ | Located in Claret, 20 km from Quissac
Since 2019, Laure and Sébastien have been practicing biodynamic viticulture in Claret, within the Pic-Saint-Loup appellation. MAS BRUGUIÈRE | Located in Valflaunès, 21 km from Quissac
Nestled between the two limestone giants, the Pic and the Hortus, these lands have been passed down for seven generations. Xavier crafts wines that assert a unique identity and personality, rooted in a clean and environmentally respectful viticulture.

MAS D'ESPANET | Located in Saint-Mamert-Du-Gard, 22 km from Quissac
The wines of Mas d’Espanet perfectly reflect the terroirs they come from: delightful, airy, and fresh! Committed to expressing the true character of his wines, Denys chooses biodynamic farming and natural winemaking, simply guiding the process in the cellar.

DOMAINE D'ERIANE | Located in Saint-Mamert-Du-Gard, 22 km from Quissac
In Saint-Mamert-du-Gard, Clodéric Prade is committed to an environmentally friendly approach by practicing agroforestry on his plots. Fruit trees, bats, the clay-limestone terroir, and the Mistral wind from the foothills of the Cévennes coexist to create wines that stay true to their terroir, marked by generosity.

ROC D'ANGLADE | Located in Langlade, 23 km from Quissac
Rémy Pedreno has created unique wines in the Vin de Pays du Gard appellation, the result of the genius and originality of a winemaker trained by some of the great names in Languedoc wine. His whites are characterized by dazzling freshness, while his reds combine finesse and indulgence.

DOMAINE BERRY ALTHOFF | Located in Aubais, 25 km from Quissac
A young couple of artisan winemakers, Imogen Berry and Robin Althoff, cultivate their vines using organic and biodynamic farming methods in Aubais, in the Languedoc. They produce terroir-driven wines that are pure and precise.

DOMAINE DE L'OCRE ROUGE | Located in Dions, 33 km from Quissac
In the early 2000s, Aymeric and Marceline Beaufort, originally from Champagne, settled on the plateau of Dions. Naturally, they planted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which proudly express themselves in their sparkling cuvées, vinified according to pure Champagne tradition. An exceptional terroir and the expression of indigenous yeasts give rise to wines of great finesse, atypical for the region.
